The service offered is commendable with friendly and accommodating staff, though the process of keeping room keys for 'safety reasons' might not suit all guests. The dining experience offers a mix of Western and traditional Japanese dishes at a fair price, especially the substantial breakfast buffet. The facilities are well-maintained and cater to guests' needs effectively.
